About me
I am a trial attorney and legal technology specialist with experience at the federal and state levels involving cybercrimes, data security breaches, and the forensic acquisition and use of digital evidence. I have handled numerous internal investigations, tax audits, complex civil litigation, securities fraud, asset forfeiture litigation, and white-collar fraud cases. I have conducted cybercrime and forensic IT investigations, overseen electronic discovery efforts, and led forensic IT teams in critical incident response following data breaches. I also managed my law firm's technology for over a decade.
